Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy 

 

Shipping

Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping “philosophy”: We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible. To keep things simple, we offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50; If there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to “profit” from shipping; you are charged what we are charged; Under-commit; over-deliver.

We choose the shipping service that is the fastest and most economical to save you the most. They are “ground” services that take 2-4 business days from coast-to-coast; most of our products ship from our Company distribution  location in Boca Raton, Florida.

If you choose an expedited service, it may be by air.

Delivery Time: Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors: “Availability”. Every product detail’s page will show a value similar to “Usually Ships in 2-3 days’ ‘. It is also noted in the Shopping Cart and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to ship out. For example, most items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days. Our goal is to ship all items within 24 hours or less if they are in stock. The “Availability” value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the “Availability” time frame, but please do not count on that.

The method of delivery – our Free shipping method may be USPS expedited service, FedEx Ground (commercial addresses) or FedEx Home Delivery (residential addresses), or UPS ground, all depending on product weight and the shipping location. There are several options for Overnight delivery based on the time of day to be delivered.

Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on “business” days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it’s impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.

Free Shipping Offers: Orders over $50 qualify for Free Shipping, which will be by one of the above-mentioned services. Free shipping promotions are available on domestic shipments only.

Calculating Cost: We do not profit from shipping. Should you choose/order Rush shipping, or if we’re shipping your order internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.

International Shipping: If you’d like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please notify us on the checkout page where you choose the shipping method. There you will find options for international shipping and the fees will be calculated automatically.

Please note: Most of our products are not temperature sensitive (we went to great lengths to do this, having learned from our past). Should you order  any of our products that are temperature sensitive  we may require additional charges for special packaging if the shipment requires a longer than usual transit time, or is going to excessively hot climates. We will advise you of this if it should occur, and you may choose what is best for you: a full refund or any additional charges for special packing, or an alternative delivery option/location. We want you to be fully informed, and totally happy!

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

This Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly from Innocent Chocolate Products  LLC  through either www.InnocentChocolate.com or any other official direct sales point owned by Innocent Chocolate Products LLC. We do  not provide refunds or returns with respect to products purchased from other parties websites, vendors in malls or elsewhere. In the event that you purchased your products from one of our vendors, you will need to contact the vendor directly regarding its return policy. Refunds and/or exchanges for any product purchased through a retail location must be handled directly with that location and will be subject to their specific policies.

If you would like to return a product purchased directly from  Innocent Chocolate Products, please call Customer Service at 1-800-591-0219 or contact us via email at Contact@InnocentChocolate.com  to issue a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) receipt. To ensure proper handling at our facility, you are required to include the RGA receipt with your returned product.

For products purchased directly from Innocent Chocolate Products, simply return your unused product to our distribution center within 10 days of the date of purchase in its original, unopened condition and packaging, along with the original purchase receipt and the RGA receipt. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the product. You are responsible for the costs of shipping your unused product back to us. We will be happy to exchange any product in its original, unopened condition and packaging for another product, and we will ship it at no cost to you.

Given the food safety and sanitation laws surrounding  all food products, we do not provide refunds or returns for opened or used products. As our business is based on honesty and integrity, we appreciate and expect the same from our customers.

As stated above, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on refunds or returns. If you merely wish to exchange your product for another product,  Innocent Chocolate Products will pay the shipping costs for the new product.

Please note that it takes between 30 and 45 days for us to process refunds. After the process is completed, we will issue a check via mail, or a refund directly to your credit card.
